Job Overview

  3. Respond to new and existing customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail.

  6. Be motivated and proactive.
  7. Be flexible to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Traits
  1. Advanced technological skills.
  2. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a unique customer experience aligned with the company's values.
  2. Provide consultation to parents and students on courses via phone, WhatsApp, messages, email, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
  3. Acquire and maintain excellent knowledge of our services and values.
  4. Strategically develop and implement strategies to grow the company's numbers and improve services.
  5. Maintain and update databases accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and systems.
  7. Provide regular reports to the leadership team.
  8. Plan and coordinate events, including holiday programmes, promotional events, and internal gatherings.
  9. Participate in regular professional development and skills training.
  10. Approach new opportunities with a hard-working, flexible, can-do attitude.
  11. Dress modestly and professionally.
  12. Maintain standards of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre.
  13. Work 5 days per week, including weekends.
  14. Complete lawful instructions or work assigned by principals, directors, or managerial staff.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  3. Full working rights in Malaysia or permission to work in Malaysia.
