Posting Job Title: Manager, System Support (SST)

Overview: The System Support Manager (SST) is responsible for managing all activities undertaken by the SST System Support Team, ensuring projects are initiated and implemented on time, within budget, and according to project timelines.

This role reports to the Head of System Support & Enterprise Business Continuity.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Implement approved SST projects and enhancements.
  • Perform gap analysis, prepare user requirements, and develop test scripts for User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ensure SST systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Act as the contact point for other departments regarding SST projects and support.
  • Collaborate with IT, business partners, and vendors to support business capabilities.
  • Manage planning and budget control for SST projects.
Jobholder Requirements:
  • Malaysian citizen.
Education/Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Information System Management, or related fields.
Experience/Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a service-oriented industry, preferably with SST system management experience.
  • 3+ years of system analysis and management experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
