Production Machine Operator or Manufacturing Specialist

Successfully completed training as a machine operator or have several years of professional experience operating production machines.

Minimum education: SPM or completed middle school.

Fluent written and spoken English, with basic knowledge of PCs and MS Office.

Technical understanding paired with high skill levels and good eyesight.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing

• Detect deviations in the production process and inform the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.
• Document manufacturing and process data.
• Report deviations in the process or product to supervisors.
• Notify when error limits are exceeded.
• Dispose of scrap in the appropriate scrap box.
• Follow work instructions during manufacturing processes.
• Operate devices and machines according to production and operating instructions.
• Actively participate in team dialogues.

Maintenance

• Inform the supervisor in case of machine or process malfunctions.
• Fill in traffic light cards/machine release forms during malfunctions and participate in system releases post-malfunction.
• Document maintenance and 5S checklists.
• Perform maintenance, setup, and cleaning of equipment and machines as per specifications.

Improvement

• Support workflow optimization for maximum output and quality.
• Assist in reducing scrap.
• Participate in TPM and 5S teams.
• Implement ideas from PDCA cards and idea management at your workplace.

Occupational Safety / Environmental Protection / Precious Metal Security

• Follow instructions regarding occupational safety, accident prevention, and environmental protection.
• Adhere to precious metal security requirements.
• Comply with quality, environmental management, Lean, and 5S standards.
• Perform special tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
