Job Responsibilities
- Carry out and ensure compliance with regulations, company's SOPs, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities.
- Ensure the efficient use of manpower and materials resources.
- Maintain smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Create and manage team schedules.
- Ensure all processes and workflows follow management decisions and standards.
- Monitor production output to meet specifications and report to superiors.
- Ensure safe use of equipment and coordinate machinery maintenance with technicians.
- Train new employees on machinery operation and production processes.
- Evaluate worker performance and provide feedback to superiors.
- Handle, resolve, and rectify issues and disputes.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Prepare management reports as needed.
- Supervise students during relevant internships and verify their reports.
- Verify and approve leaves, overtime, and claims for workers.
- Adhere to and perform tasks as instructed by superiors.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
