Job description

Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or an equivalent field.

Required skill(s): AutoCAD, InteriCAD, or relevant 3D software.

Good attitude and willingness to learn.

Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

1. Express your talents and ideas to build an impressive portfolio in Interior Design.
2. Draw and develop floor plans, including new designs.
3. Have basic knowledge and understanding of interior design principles.
4. Determine client goals and project requirements.
5. Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts.
6. Specify materials and furnishings such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
7. Create designs that meet company or client requirements while considering marketing, sales, and manufacturing capabilities.
8. Prepare final plans using computer applications.
9. Create, design, model, and produce prototypes.
10. Develop project timelines and estimate costs.
11. Order materials and oversee the installation of design elements.
12. Visit project sites post-completion to ensure client satisfaction.
