We are seeking a talented Storekeeper to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This role will be onsite.

Under direct or close supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions, and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving incoming goods, checking for damage and discrepancies, accurately sorting, labeling, and storing goods, and arranging storage to optimize warehouse space. The role also involves picking, packing, and dispatching outgoing goods according to requests or orders.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stop work and report hazards, injuries, or incidents.
  2. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Use personal protective equipment. Promote safety among team members.
  3. Correct hazards within your control and understand your work's environmental impact.
  4. Engage in HSE training. Follow quality standards and procedures.
  5. Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials.
  6. Receive, sort, label, and store incoming goods to optimize space.
  7. Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products, demonstrating competency in core skills.
  8. Work at required cycle times and standards.
  9. Communicate effectively with team and support staff.
  10. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  11. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and perform maintenance tasks.
  12. Perform other duties as required to meet business goals and support equipment maintenance.

  • Ability to drive a forklift (basic) and possession of a GDL license (preferred).
  • No cross-border support required.
