Senior Engineer Facility Operations

In your new role you will:

1. Communication skills to include documentation, presentation, team contribution to continuous improvement programs
2. On-the-job training to more junior colleagues
3. Acts as an interface between operation team and supply & operation engineering
4. Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution
5. Participates in setting and reaching department goals
6. Works on safety formalities for facility area together with Environment, Safety & Health
7. Act as safety representative for facility management
8. Participate at facility knowledge exchange community (KEC) teams in own area
9. Contribute to cost control
10. Surveys and proposes new/modified specification, parameter and system requirements
11. Prepares solutions with incomplete information

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or Electronics.
• Lead One SAP and PIMS for Kulim site and work together with project team to establish centralize solution for FM monitoring.
• Well versa in reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Tableau and Macro.
• Support project related with digitalization.
• Maintain and update FM Xibo and FM Intranet site.
• Monitor and track equipment health through Cerberus.
• Support Infineon Labelling System (iFLS) for equipment tracking
• Support in the implementation of SAP system for FM.
• Collaborate with Control Engineer to perform any IoT use cases.
• Support in the evaluation and implementation of Machine Learning software for Facilities Management (FM) use case for future implementation.
• Act as Cyber Security Emergency Contact (CSEC) under IFKM Cyber ERT team
