Job Responsibilities
- Daily Billing Operations
- Accurately issue delivery orders, sales invoices, and invoices based on customer orders
- Check customer information, product quantities, and prices to ensure accuracy
- Shipping Coordination
- Coordinate with the warehouse to schedule shipping, loading, and delivery
- Follow up on logistics arrangements to ensure timely delivery
- Update and maintain shipping records
- Truck and Driver Management
- Schedule regular truck inspections and assessments to ensure vehicles are in good and safe condition
- Monitor vehicle insurance, road tax, and maintenance records
- Assist in ensuring drivers operate safely and in compliance with regulations
- Customer Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders and deliveries
- Provide necessary delivery information and follow up on document acknowledgments
- Document and System Management
- Organize and file documents related to deliveries, billing, and customer information
- Assist with data entry and updates in the system to ensure accuracy
- Other Administrative Tasks
- Assist with ad hoc tasks related to shipping and orders
- Support other administrative needs of the team
Job Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or above, with basic clerical and computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of basic accounting or shipping systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling daily tasks independently
- Good communication and coordination skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Candidates with experience in logistics, shipping administration, or fleet management will be given preference
