About the role

This can be a full-time position or part-time (if part-time, the candidate will be required to be in the office 2 or 3 days a week).

As an Operation Order Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and scheduling of production operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of production orders to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Manage production, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment
• Monitor production schedules, identify potential bottlenecks or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain production targets
• Analyse production data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with the planning team to optimise production planning and scheduling
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
