We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to support the Finance Manager in overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations. This role is instrumental in ensuring effective daily accounting activities, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including e-Invoice implementation and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting.
2. Responsible for daily cashflow monitoring and fund management.
3. Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and management accounts.
4. Responsible for year-end audit, annual tax filing and tax estimation (CP204).
5. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory bodies as required.
6. Assist in improving accounting processes and financial reporting efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Provide guidance and support to the Account Executives and Account Assistants.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Knowledge in e-Invoice implementation, submission, and compliance is a must.
3. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
5. Good leadership skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software and reporting tools.
7. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
8. Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
