Responsibilities and duties
- Win new business and meet cooperate booking target+
- Lead interface with Genpact for contract administration/POEF processing
- Past due accounts receivable investigation, root cause analysis and resolution
- Leads BBP process
- Revenue forecasting and variance reporting – (elements of process requiring sales input)
- Growth/booking reports
- Search new clients that could benefit from APTIV products and/or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
- Establish new and maintain existing long-term rapports with customers
- Manage and interpret customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
- Convince clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Negotiate tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs
- Negotiate and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Chase account receivable regularly and meet cooperate AR target
- SAP/ERP system support
- Assist with special projects (i.e. price audits, purchase order audits, ad hoc reports, etc.)
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in business, mechanical/electrical engineering related major is preferred
- Decent and polite manner, good computer and communication skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin language is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience and knowledge of automotive Connection systems/components is preferred.
- PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Systems skills (SAP/ERP, Salesforce)
- Sufficient analytical ability to resolve problems
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Ability to organize, plan and document tasks
- Relevant work experience
