Job Description

  • You promote and safeguard the IKEA culture by being a role model who expresses the IKEA values in all L&D operational matters and people agenda.
  • You will be contributing and supporting the country L&D agenda by working closely with all stores’ L&D Managers.
  • You will be an active contributor in the formulation, communication and implementation of regional and local competence development strategies, tools and programs in close cooperation with HR Generalist.
  • You actively promote the implementation of the regional training calendar in close co-operation with the regional competence hub and the functional L&D specialists.
  • You support the implementation of a local and regional pool of trainers of programs in the training calendar.
  • You actively contribute and secure the process of performance evaluation & development talk, and talent review process in partnership with the HR Generalist.
  • You ensure investments and budget for all learning activities with clear goal settings and follow up.
  • You are responsible for the digital training records and relevant reports.
  • You secure the co-operations with the external partners within L&D area i.e. Universities, Poly techniques and other institutions.

Qualifications

  • You possess 5-8 years learning and development experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.
  • You are excited about home furnishing and is focused on contributing to a fantastic customer experience.
  • You are self-reliant and motivated, with proven ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • You have excellent presentation, facilitation, and delivery skills
  • You have good understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques and can adapt to different learning styles and situations.
