Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable cycle, including the review and processing of related tasks in the system. Key responsibilities include:

1. Processing supplier and intercompany invoices
2. Handling netting accounts payable and modifications
3. Checking purchase order receiving and raising
4. Preparing bank reconciliations and uploading data into the Xcert system
5. Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualification in accounting or finance (minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia/Diploma)
• Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in a similar role
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong numerical, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCount and Microsoft Office applications
