We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage B2BE’s global finance operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our financial processes across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in financial management, international operations, strong leadership, deep financial expertise and a solid understanding of electronic payments (e-payments), with the ability to support strategic growth initiatives and enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts for the global group of companies.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and present key insights to aid strategic decision-making by senior management.

Participate in internal and external ISO audit exercises; ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and documentation for compliance.

Lead or support finance automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Manage the full contract lifecycle, from preparation through to renewal or termination, to ensure financial and legal alignment.

Oversee project costing to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with corporate financial objectives.

Provide financial and tax training to local finance teams to raise technical competency and consistency across regions.

Monitor and manage the OTE (On-Target Earnings) framework for the sales team to ensure accuracy and alignment with targets.

Collaborate with business analysts and development teams on special finance projects, including UAT, documentation, and user training.

Develop and implement global financial control policies, procedures, and systems to enhance accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special functions as directed by Management.

Requirements

Posses at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MICPA, or CA, and a member of MIA is required.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, ideally within a multinational environment.

Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Demonstrates strategic thinking, circumspection and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

High level of integrity with discretion in handling confidential information.

Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
