Job description

Compounding and dispensing herbal medicines, tinctures, and other TCM formulations based on prescriptions.

2. Inventory Management:

Overseeing the storage and inventory of herbal ingredients and pharmaceutical products.

3. Quality Control:

Ensuring the quality and safety of dispensed medicines.

Providing guidance on the proper use of medications and addressing patient inquiries.

Working closely with TCM practitioners to ensure integrated patient care.

Job Requirements:

Familiarity with TCM principles and practices is advantageous.

Able to effectively communicate with a diverse group of patients and customers in Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of the clinic.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays. 6 working days with 7.5 hours per day.
