This is a vital role for the planning and execution of company-wide brand and marketing strategies, brand management, and marketing of consumer campaigns aligned with our business objectives. You will work alongside multiple stakeholders to manage initiatives that drive brand and customer growth.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Manage the ideation and conceptualization of marketing and activation strategies for consumer and brand campaigns to support sales and customer growth.
  2. Manage and execute 360-degree marketing and brand activation from planning to reporting.
  3. Create targeted campaigns with content tailored to the needs of specific segments.
  4. Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
  5. Support the Chief Market Management Officer (CMMO) Office on special/corporate projects and execute project management for Growth and Customer Centricity initiatives.
  6. Manage relationships with key partners across industries to create synergistic brand collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  7. Obtain and analyze market information, identify competitive movements, and develop measures to address threats.
  8. Identify partnership opportunities and work across departments to create activities that enhance brand exposure and community loyalty.
  9. Liaise with the CMMO Office on industry-related matters.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, internal, and external guidelines.
  11. Leverage ChatGPT for market research, customer feedback analysis, and product ideation.
Qualifications and Skills for Success:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  2. 10-12 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing and brand strategies and activation.
  4. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  6. Analytical skills to derive insights from data and campaign reports.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  10. Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
  11. Willingness to travel for events as needed.
  12. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for managing marketing materials.
