Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Leverage on E-Recruitment staffing needs for store operations and coordinate with hiring store management to complete E-Recruitment.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation programs.
Training and Development:
- Work with the store operations team to identify training needs and coordinate training programs and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions and programs on topics such as onboarding, compliance, staff disciplinary management, and soft skills development.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborating with Sales Operation to identify areas requiring development and enhancement within our operations and recruitment processes.
- Coordinating and scheduling store visits with the Sales Operation to align operational needs, assess performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Facilitating and scheduling monthly meetings with the Sales Operation to discuss progress, challenges, and strategic planning related to development and recruitment efforts HR.
Administration:
- Support the implementation of HR Reward and Incentives within the area and stores.
- Assist in the communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs within the store operations team.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws regulations and JTK compliance.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, promoting consistency and fairness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR professional.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Legislation in Malaysia.
- Preferably candidate from retail / FMCG industry.
- Able to work in a fast fast-paced working environment.
- Strong team player, good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Language: English, Bahasa Melayu. Able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage.
- Willing to base at Rawang / Kuala Selangor / Perak. Possess own transportation & able to travel to various stores across Perak and Selangor.
