Job description

FINANCE MANAGER/ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Reporting to: Group Financial Controller

• 1–2 years of experience in project accounting, along with 1–2 years in audit (experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus, but not a must).

• Proficient in full-set accounting; experience working with a public listed company is an added advantage.

• A member of MIA or in the process of becoming one.

• Holds a degree from a recognized university or institution with a solid academic track record.

• Able to work independently, proactive, meets deadlines, and confident in engaging with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle month-end financial closing
2. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
3. Oversee treasury and cash flow
4. Continuously improve SOPs and financial processes
5. Manage corporate and SST (Sales & Service Tax) matters
6. Coordinate year-end audits
7. Supervise and mentor a finance team
8. Support other tasks as assigned by management
