Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as an HR Admin cum Front Desk Executive. This dual-role position will involve providing essential administrative support to the HR department while also managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and personable professional with strong communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage front desk duties: handle incoming calls, and manage walk-ins.
  2. Handle general administrative support including filing, scheduling, and document preparation. Coordinate courier services, manage office supplies, and handle mail.
  3. Support organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  4. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the HR department or office management.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • SPM or equivalent / educational background in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (BM).
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a must to liaise with clients as needed.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
