Ansell is looking for a Director of ERP Service Operations to join our team in Cyberjaya, Selangor!

In this position you will play a vital role in shaping and executing IT strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing end-to-end operational support for Ansell’s ERP systems. Reporting to the IT VP of Enterprise Applications, you will lead release management, development, testing, security, and support activities to ensure best-in-class service and system stability. Acting as a key liaison between IT and regional business teams, you will champion process improvements, manage production issues through root cause analysis and resolution, and drive biannual D365 platform upgrades. This hands-on techno-functional role demands strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to deliver quality solutions and enhance operational efficiency.

What your role will be?

  • ERP and Production Ecosystem Ownership – Lead the steady-state support and audit readiness for systems including Oracle EBS, SAP, D365, WMS/TMS, EDI, and middleware.
  • Release, Upgrade & Testing Management – Own the end-to-end upgrade process, automated regression testing, and ensure all developments meet best-in-class technical standards.
  • Security & Compliance – Oversee D365 security roles and support internal/external audits across all core systems.
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration – Foster strong partnerships with business stakeholders and IT teams, and build internal capability to meet evolving demands.
  • Governance, Budget & Customer Satisfaction – Maintain SLAs, track regional IT expenses, make sourcing decisions, and drive continuous improvement in user experience and team training.
