Products and Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? As a Products and Customer Service Specialist at SACHAWAY SDN BHD, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in our office in Shah Alam, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

Providing detailed information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and making recommendations to the team

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Participating in regular training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service best practices

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer concerns effectively

Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

Demonstrated experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in the call center or retail industry

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in related field and equivalent. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply too
