About the role

We are seeking an experienced Safety & Security Manager to join our team at the Empire Hotel Subang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety and security measures to protect our guests, staff, and property. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of all visitors and employees.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the development, implementation, and management of safety and security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  2. Leading a team of security personnel and coordinating their daily activities to maintain a safe environment.
  3. Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate threats.
  4. Liaising with law enforcement and emergency services for coordinated responses.
  5. Providing training on safety and security best practices to staff.
  6. Investigating and reporting security breaches or incidents.
  7. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  8. Collaborating with other departments to integrate safety considerations into hotel operations.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in safety and security management, preferably in hospitality.
