Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery.

Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices.

Maintain and update supplier database, product pricing, and purchase records.

Liaise with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and inventory levels.

Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality and service standards are met.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service agreements.

Support HR, Finance, or Management with administrative coordination when required.

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates in the inventory system.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Conduct periodic stock takes and investigate discrepancies.

Prepare inventory-related reports such as stock aging and usage trends.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, admin, and inventory roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory software/systems.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time efficiently.
