Job Information:

• Looking for Expat Cultural Trainers to conduct training, and help clients become familiar with working across cultures
• Subject matter:Mini size training giving high level overview of destination country – Australia & the overview of how to use the Country Navigator online tool
• Student: 2 adults
• Mode of training: Online/Virtual
• Training duration: 2 hours - weekends
• Location/Time: Australian Eastern Standard Time, GMT +10
• Service Start Date: ASAP
• Language:English: intermediate / Korean: native
• Goal: Cultural Adjustment; Recognizing and Managing Culture Shock

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• Certificate or degree in intercultural communication, language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience
