onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join their Product Engineering team. As a BU Product Engineer for assigned devices, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic high paced team environment, supporting design, fabrication, assembly, and test. You will evaluate existing and new requirements; propose new methods and processes to maximize manufacturing efficiency to improve yield and reduce cost, while improving quality. The successful candidate should have strong technical ability and preferably with experience in power products, good communication skills, and a team player who is able to work with global team in a matrix-organization structure of a multinational semiconductor company.
