Job description

Manage various payments, including salaries, claims, and overseas transactions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Handle month-end closing activities.

Manage intercompany and related-party transactions, including verification and reconciliation of accounts.

Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, auditors, and tax officers as required.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, internal control, and cost savings.

Assist in preparing financial analysis reports, documenting accounting procedures, and internal workflows.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM, LCCI, or Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience with SAP & AutoCount is an advantage.

Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills for handling complex financial tasks.
