Corporate Company Secretarial (Experienced) Multiple Location

We are currently looking for dedicated and passionate Corporate Company Secretarial professionals to join our offices in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and Sitiawan, Perak.

You will play an important role to:

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016 and related legislation.
  • Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial functions.
  • Maintain statutory documents, administrative records, and update registers properly.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor of Corporate Administration, or Part Qualification of ICSA, MAICSA, or related fields. (Note: This is not an administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant role.)
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a secretarial role.
  • Familiar with SSM filing procedures and the Companies Act 2016.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and S2000 Secretarial Software.
  • Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
  • Possess a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and a team player.
