Two years of rapid career progression

Our trainee program is designed to kick-start your career and open future opportunities for a rewarding international career in freight forwarding and other functions within logistics, transport, and supply chain industries.

During the two-year program, there will be seven weeks of schooling, combining physical classroom training in Denmark at the Blue Water Academy and online training from home. The program will give you the chance to connect practical office experience with theoretical knowledge. All instruction will be in English.
