What You’ll Do:

This role involves working closely with the Business Development Manager/Team Head/District Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to promote financial products and achieve revenue targets.

You will provide holistic financial solutions to clients, building relationships and analyzing their financial needs.

  • Build Relationships: Connect with existing clients and promote top-tier financial products. Network through industry leaders and associations.
  • Analyze Financial Needs: Conduct financial health reviews to understand clients' goals and needs, including protection, savings, education, medical, and retirement planning.
  • Create Tailored Solutions: Develop personalized financial advice and solutions, engaging with wealth specialists and staying informed about the global economy.
  • Drive Sales: Set appointments, prospect, close deals, and engage with customers.
  • Deliver Efficient Service: Provide exceptional client service, handling payments, inquiries, policy servicing, and claims.
