Job description

AMLEX TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is hiring a Full-time Human Resources Officer in Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, Pulau Pinang. Apply now to join our team.

Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days: Monday to Friday, mornings.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage recruitment and affairs for local, foreign workers, and expatriates.
  2. Conduct interviews and selection for exempt and non-exempt (technical) staff.
  3. Handle employment documentation, personal files, insurance registration, and compliance with government statutory requirements.
  4. Coordinate with HODs regarding employee progression, including confirmation, contract renewal, and job descriptions.
  5. Manage foreign worker affairs, including new applications, permit renewals, insurance, and hostel management.
  6. Liaise with outsourcing recruitment agents for sub-contractor employees.
  7. Coordinate expatriate affairs, including renewals, interviews, and projections.
  8. Maintain attendance records for employees and subcontractors, including data entry, weekly overtime, and lateness reports.
  9. Manage external and internal audits related to ISO standards and customer audits concerning HR matters.
  10. Organize the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
  11. Assist with general affairs like employee badges, transportation, and uniforms.
  12. Support HR-related matters across group companies.
  13. Handle minor disciplinary issues and employee counseling.
  14. Assist with the annual performance review process.
  15. Participate in Safety & Health Committees, including meeting coordination and incident investigations.
