Job Summary:
- Availability to work on the following days: Monday to Friday, mornings.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
- Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and affairs for local, foreign workers, and expatriates.
- Conduct interviews and selection for exempt and non-exempt (technical) staff.
- Handle employment documentation, personal files, insurance registration, and compliance with government statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with HODs regarding employee progression, including confirmation, contract renewal, and job descriptions.
- Manage foreign worker affairs, including new applications, permit renewals, insurance, and hostel management.
- Liaise with outsourcing recruitment agents for sub-contractor employees.
- Coordinate expatriate affairs, including renewals, interviews, and projections.
- Maintain attendance records for employees and subcontractors, including data entry, weekly overtime, and lateness reports.
- Manage external and internal audits related to ISO standards and customer audits concerning HR matters.
- Organize the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
- Assist with general affairs like employee badges, transportation, and uniforms.
- Support HR-related matters across group companies.
- Handle minor disciplinary issues and employee counseling.
- Assist with the annual performance review process.
- Participate in Safety & Health Committees, including meeting coordination and incident investigations.
