Ensure the seamless and uninterrupted flow of production operations.

Strive for continuous improvement by enhancing the efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.

Exercise control measures to minimize wastage, thereby achieving superior quality products at optimal costs throughout all manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with Headquarter to provide insights and recommendations related to processes, materials, and procedures that impact quality and food safety.

Work closely with the Quality Department to uphold product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards while meeting customer requirements.

Enhance and maintain process efficiency and adherence to quality benchmarks.

Monitor and ensure Production's adherence to ISO, myGAP, and HALAL prerequisites.

Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Any other jobs as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field is typically required.

Efficiently manage production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Ability to handle changing priorities and unexpected production issues.

Address production challenges and implement improvements.

Working Day & Hour: 6pm-2.30am (6 days)
