Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized Account & Admin Executive to provide the necessary support to Accountant for daily accountant and administrative operations for final analysis, audit and approval by Accountant & Auditor.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist your superior in generating a full set of general accounting reports and handling reporting matters on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise effectively with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, lawyers, government authorities, and suppliers.
  • Accurately process and validate invoices against received items or services.
  • Enter all financial transactions into the accounting system with precision.
  • Process collection reconciliations and accurately record official receipts.
  • Process employee expense claims and ensure they are entered correctly.
  • Manage and process payments, including reviewing invoices and supplier reconciliations.
  • Reconcile bank and cash balances on a regular basis.
  • Oversee applications for bank facilities and monitor related activities.
  • Participate in day-to-day accounting and treasury operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the department.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.


Desired Skills And Experience

  • Experience with book-keeping practices,
  • Knowledge of accounting terminology,
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL accounting software system will be an added advantage,
  • Understanding of filing systems, Mathematical skills, Administrative skills, Organisational skills, Attention to detail, Analytical skills, Knowledge of accountant rules and legislation,
  • Ability to detect inconsistencies, Prioritisation skills, Communication skills, Typing skills, Data entry, Training in accounting software,
  • High school degree required, Two-year degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field preferred.
