We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to drive strategic engineering initiatives and capital projects at their site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a comprehensive understanding of the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of engineering and capital projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize equipment and process performance.
• Champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Manage vendor selection, contractor supervision, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and junior engineers.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the FMCG , food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
