About our client:

Our client, a Multinational brand within the Retail industry, is seeking for a Finance Manager/Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Director as the company continues its journey toward the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations, month-end closings, and ensure accurate transaction processing and record-keeping with external consultants.
• Monitor cash flow, forecast liquidity, and guide financial planning to support business growth and sustainability.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards, manage tax reporting, and coordinate audits with external partners.
• Partner with the CEO to shape budgets, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
• Streamline financial systems and processes, implement best practices, and lead technology adoption for enhanced performance.
• Drive policy improvements, and oversee risk mitigation and audit preparedness.

Key Requirements:

• Min degree with CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or any related.
• Min 6 years of working experience in Financial & Management Reporting.
• FMCG or Retail background would be highly preferable.
• Big 4 background would be an added advantage.
• Highly-motivated, results-oriented, and forward-thinking leader/team player with good work ethic, credibility, and sense of integrity
