Purpose of the Role:
To establish and implement the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISOs, GSDP, GMP, GCP, GDPMD, Clients’ and Customers’ requirements, and regulatory requirements in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia (ZPMY) and Brunei (ZPBN), to ensure compliance to the requirements and quality standards.
Expectations of the Role:
To lead and assume the role of Quality Management Representative (QMR) and Document Controller in the ISO Committee of Bukit Jelutong site, ensuring that the Company’s Quality Management system is in accordance with requirements.
To manage procedures and document changes to ensure the Quality Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are aligned and up to date.
To review processes and procedures to achieve optimum quality and efficiency.
To enforce compliance for all operational processes to adhere to the SOPs and to support the process owners in necessary coaching where required.
To lead internal audits for ZPMY, including branches and Brunei to ensure compliance to procedures.
To be the main contact person for coordinating client, customer and regulatory quality audits to enable prompt and effective communication both internally and externally in preparation for scheduled audits and during the audits.
To manage Suppliers for quality related services and/or goods in the aspect of quality management, to ensure Suppliers meets requirements stipulated in the Quality Agreements.
Assumes the role of Quality Manager for Medical Devices & Diagnostics (MDD), to enforce quality control procedures of the warehouses/sites that are dedicated to MDD and ensure the operation adherence to related procedures in compliance with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD).

Bachelor’s degree in any related field
At least 7-8 years experience in similar role
