Your Role Would Include:

  • Communicating effectively, maintaining good rapport, and providing excellent customer service experience to parents and customers.
  • Managing and leading the operation of the centre.
  • Motivating the team and working closely with management to build a strong company culture.

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:

  • Possess a Degree in any discipline.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience. Those with experience in customer service, PR, mass communication, or hospitality are encouraged to apply.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with parents and staff.

You are expected to work from Wednesday to Friday (5-day week).
