Job Responsibilities:

1. Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales through marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, and other sales activities to achieve targets.
2. Actively cross-sell Banking/Financial products.
3. Assess, evaluate, and diligently propose credit applications.
4. Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty, encourage repeated sales, and increase product holdings.
5. Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect the Bank's image.
6. Seek continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
7. Comply with statutory requirements and sales regulations related to FSA, KYC, AMLA, and internal policies & procedures.
8. Participate in teamwork and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.

Do you have what it takes? We are looking for talents who have:

• Malaysian Citizen
• At least a Diploma in any field; candidates with experience in Banking, Insurance, or Sales are preferred.
• Preferred skills include PCE (General), PCE (Life), PCE (Unit Linked), CEILLI.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Studies, or related fields is preferred.
