Contract: This is a 3-month contract (40 hours per week) with opportunity for long-term extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Sharpen your AI Expertise: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data annotations according to established guidelines. Engage with team leads to refine annotation protocols and identify areas for improvement.
• Become an AI Data Champion: As the in-house expert on all-things-agronomy, you will act as an escalation point in reviewing edge cases to help the existing team identify particular crop and weed species. Through this collaboration with the delivery team, you will support in fostering high-quality datasets for AI model development.
• Bridge the Gap Between Ag and AI: Participate in client calls to understand how business and product objectives translate into annotation requirements.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in agronomy and relevant AI technologies.

Requirements

• Agronomic Powerhouse: Hold a degree in Agronomy (ideally focused on crop protection) with a proven track record of field experience. Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in the industry.
• Communication Ace: Possess high-level English reading and writing skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team, both internally and externally with CloudFactory clients. Please apply with an English-written CV.
• Plant Whisperer: Be an expert in plant recognition with a deep understanding of various crops and their specific characteristics.
• Tech-Savvy Agronomist: Demonstrate proficiency in digital tools and a basic understanding of precision agricultural concepts like "see and spray" technology.
• Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and a strong ability to solve problems are essential.
• Location: Must be either based in Poland or Germany due to the nature of the project.
