A leading company in Johor is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System, lead product investigations, and drive continual improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, leadership experience, and knowledge of relevant standards like ISO 9001. This role involves mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Development, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System.
Overseeing and managing the preparations of Quality documents for review / approval and managing them through the appropriate Quality System, e.g., deviation management, engineering change control, product complaints management, etc.
Leading product investigations, including coordinating and conducting investigations arising from manufacturing issues, customer-reported product quality issues, test failures, or abnormalities.
Leading a Continual Improvement (CI) program that proactively initiates improvement projects based on collected data (e.g., SPC data, complaints, deviations, investigations). Leading cross-functional CI teams.
Leading and mentoring Quality team members to ensure the successful completion of all responsibilities.
