A Day in the Life of...
  1. Make or Buy Decision: Coordinate with Financial Controllers for thorough assessments to ensure cost-effective decisions supporting business growth and profitability.
  2. Competitive Bidding: Evaluate offers from co-manufacturers, co-fillers, and co-packers to ensure competitiveness, working with GP, Legal, and Co-Man teams. Review tolling fees, material loss clauses, and other cost-related agreement clauses for alignment and justification.
  3. Source to Pay: Ensure timely raising and approval of PR/POs to avoid supply interruptions. Manage ad hoc expenses, blocked/parked invoices, and claims/rebates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Variances: Monitor weekly material usage variances, investigate root causes, and work with partners on improvement plans. Conduct monthly stock counts and investigate variances.
  5. Cost Savings Projects: Collaborate to identify opportunities for cost reduction, including tolling fee reductions and efficiency improvements.
  6. Audit/Compliance: Monitor processes for compliance with Nestlé requirements, including insurance, storage conditions, and certifications. Coordinate internal audits with partners.
What Will Make You Successful
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit background.
  2. Experience working in cross-functional and networked organizations, with internal and external providers.
  3. Good stakeholder relationship skills and a team player attitude.
