We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team!

Job Description:

1. Formulate and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive sales penetration and business growth.
2. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying key targets and engaging relevant stakeholders.
3. Prepare and submit a detailed weekly planner report to track activities and progress.
4. Create a monthly action plan and provide weekly updates on the sales pipeline.
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and quotations via email or phone within 24 hours.
6. Proactively identify and secure new corporate clients through targeted sales efforts.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
8. Ensure timely submission of billing documents and Statements of Account (SOA).
9. Monitor and ensure payment collections are completed within the stipulated credit terms.
10. Prepare quotations and leasing agreements for clients, determining the terms of agreements in consultation with Legal, clients, and management.
11. Provide excellent after-sales service by following up with customers on their service needs and requirements.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales roles or related field in car rental & leasing.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
