Job description

Minimum Requirements
  1. Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  2. Experience in e-commerce customer service or retail (preferred)
  3. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee & Lazada)
  5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  6. Organizational skills and basic understanding of delivery logistics
  7. Problem-solving attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  8. Knowledge or interest in frozen food and grocery products is a plus
  9. Able to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and product information
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to optimize delivery routes and resolve delivery issues
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions
  • Review customer service feedback and performance standards regularly
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the company, presently or in the future
