What your typical day will look like:

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives on creativity, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content. You’ll work across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu to craft compelling stories, build community, and drive results for our clients.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Manage content creation, scheduling, and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and DMs, while identifying relevant trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on campaign planning, visual storytelling, and influencer partnerships—especially for XiaoHongShu.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

A bit about you:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation, with hands-on use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.
  • Skilled in writing, visual storytelling, and using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Center, and basic analytics dashboards.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple accounts with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required/preferred to manage content and communications on Mandarin based social platforms (e.g., XiaoHongShu) engagements.
