Job description

Provide nutritional and dietetic consultation in response to customer enquiries.

Assist customers in designing suitable health plans.

Promote health and beauty products according to customer needs.

Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.

Assist in daily operations of the pharmacy outlet.

Provide nutritional training and briefings to the outlet team.

Motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends in retail establishments.

Assist in company activities such as roadshows and health talks, including social media engagement.

Contribute to the development of nutrition and wellness programs, product articles, brochures, and other relevant materials.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Additional language: Mandarin (advantage but not mandatory).
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
