Job Description

Established in Malaysia in 2014, we are the only Japanese-affiliated building management company in Malaysia that undertakes a wide range of building management services for condominiums, houses, and other properties. We have been expanding our business to strengthen our ability to respond to the rapidly growing building management business in Malaysia. We are now looking for a Building Management and Sales Promotion Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Management of staff stationed at management offices located in condominiums, etc. (2 to 7 staff are stationed at each site)
  2. Attend management association board meetings
  3. Responding to various requests and requests from tenants
  4. Building repair and maintenance management operations
  5. Promoting sales to win orders for new building management sites
  6. Assist in other organizational operations
  7. Communicating with head office in Japan (reporting, etc.)
Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of corporate sales experience
  2. Knowledge and experience in real estate related field
  3. Business level Japanese (N2 to N1 level)
  4. Able to drive a car

Preferred:

  1. Knowledge of building management
  2. Qualifications as a real estate agent, condominium manager, or chief administrator
  3. Qualifications as Property Management
Additional Information

■Employment status: Full-time employee
■Probationary period: 3 months
■Working hours: 9:00-18:30 on weekdays
■Calendar: Follow the Malaysian calendar
■Work Location: Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru
■Base salary: RM5,000 - 8,000 *Vary according to experience and skills
■Bonus: Available *Based on performance
■Transportation fee: Can be claimed on a case-by-case basis
■Parking: Can be requested
■Travel Allowance: Not available *Transportation and accommodation expenses can be claimed
■Annual Leave: 10 days per year
■Medical Leave: 14 days per year
■Lending of company car available
