Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer queries or complaints, facilitating swift resolution.
  • Perform inspections, prepare reports, manage warranty claims, etc., to ensure high-quality work and meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Aim to achieve and maintain overall performance in accordance with SLA standards.
  • Develop technical skills for professional services and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.
  • Organized with strong communication and excellent time management skills.
  • High conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
  • Knowledge of Apple products is an advantage.
  • Willing to work half-day on Saturdays and five days a week.
  • Willing to work at 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
