Job description

We're looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer who's passionate, reliable, and experienced in handling subsale property transactions. If you enjoy working independently, keeping things organized, and dealing with clients, bankers, and agents, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, and prepare Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Loan agreements, and other conveyancing documents.
2. Handle and follow up subsale transactions from start to finish. Liaise with clients, banks, developers, real estate agents, and relevant authorities.
3. Monitor transaction timelines, loan approvals, consent applications, stamping, and registration.
4. Ensure timely execution and completion of all conveyancing procedures.
5. Manage conveyancing files independently with minimal supervision.
6. Attend to signing of documents and witnessing client signatures.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing work, especially in subsale transactions.
3. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with clients of diverse backgrounds.
4. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Responsible, committed, and highly organized.
