The role of a DevOps Engineer is a combination of project delivery and support. DevOps Engineers are an important part of an agile team; they need to understand and implement business requirements. As part of a DevOps team, they solve incidents based on tickets, monitor systems properly, and implement CRs after the Go Live of a product. Additionally, they contribute improvement ideas to enhance quality and further develop the product.
