To support the finance operations and reporting functions for leisure or property development activities and other ad-hoc project related issues or matters arising, including new configuration in accounting systems or modules implementation to facilitate timely and effective accounting and reporting of the Group.

Accountabilities

Key member to deliver accurate, IFRS accounting standard compliance and timely month/year-end reporting in accordance with Group reporting timeline.

Support and able to tackle operations to facilitate timely and effective accounting and reporting of the business.

Super SAP user to guide and enforce accurate posting without error and timely posting clearing, including backlog if any.

Support accounting module or system implementation by providing finance’s input and liaison with other departments (e.g., IT, PD, Procurement, etc.) to enable proper system configuration to deliver quality and system error-free reporting.

Support the General/Senior manager in any other project-related matters arising, including generating pertinent project information/analysis required by shareholders, corporate strategy, or tax.

Suggest actions to improve the operational structure of the unit to achieve an optimal state of operations, both economically (cost savings) and qualitatively (efficiency, quality of output, etc.).

To execute any other job requirements as assigned by the Superior/Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business Studies.

Professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, and other equivalents).

At least 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in 3-4 years in audit industry.

Strong analytical skills.

Preferably SAP user.

Advanced user in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
