The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing various types of data to support business decision-making. This role involves generating detailed reports and visualizations using statistical tools, monitoring data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with different departments to address their data needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical software, and excellent communication abilities, enabling them to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze statistical data such as market research, sales data, and user behavior to support decision-making.
• Use statistical tools to generate detailed reports and visualizations, presenting analysis results to management and departments.
• Monitor data quality regularly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, addressing anomalies or errors promptly.
• Assist departments in identifying data needs, providing support and analytical recommendations to optimize operations.
• Apply data mining and modeling techniques to uncover trends and patterns, offering insights to inform strategy.
• Participate in projects, providing data analysis support and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Stay updated on industry tools and techniques, continuously improving skills and analysis methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related fields.
• Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, etc.
• Knowledge of programming languages like R, Python, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: 1 year of relevant experience; project management experience is a plus.
